Fully Remote Tax Senior - HNW Tax
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: Up to $120K base salary + discretionary bonus

Our integrated approach combines investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and financial advisory services to provide comprehensive wealth solutions. We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving complex tax issues, and delivering exceptional client service.
Position Summary:
The Tax Senior will be responsible for preparing complex individual tax returns, supporting proactive tax planning strategies, and collaborating closely with Wealth Advisors to deliver integrated advice. This role is ideal for a tax professional with strong experience in HNW individual taxation who is looking to work in a client-focused advisory environment rather than a traditional public accounting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare complex federal and state individual income tax returns (form 1040) for HNW clients
- Work alongside Wealth Advisors to identify tax planning opportunities throughout the year
- Research complex tax issues and provide practical planning recommendations
- Communicate directly with clients regarding tax documents, planning opportunities, and IRS or state notices
- Manage multiple client engagements while consistently meeting deadlines during busy season and throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
- 2+ years of Public Accounting or Wealth Management tax experience
- Experience preparing HNW Form 1040 tax returns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding client service
