Compensation: $140k - $190k + annual bonuses + full benefits

About the Role

As our Not-for-Profit practice continues to expand, we are adding a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to support a diverse portfolio of tax-exempt organizations nationwide — from regional nonprofits to complex, multi-entity exempt structures.


This role is fully remote and highly client-facing, with strong internal support and clear advancement opportunities.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading nonprofit and tax-exempt tax engagements from planning through filing
  • Reviewing Forms 990 and related schedules
  • Advising clients on UBTI and nonprofit-specific tax matters
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for nonprofit clients
  • Reviewing and mentoring seniors and staff accountants
  • Staying current on regulatory and tax law changes impacting exempt organizations


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Hands-on experience with nonprofit or tax-exempt clients
  • CPA required (MST or advanced tax degree a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing work prepared by seniors and/or staff and providing guidance or feedback
  • Strong review, communication, and client-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
