Remote Senior Tax Manager / Remote Tax Manager

Compensation: $140,000 – $260,000+

Location: Must be located in the U.S.

As we expand nationally, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Manager to join our team - someone who thrives on advising successful business owners, closely held companies, and HNWI's on the full spectrum of tax strategy and compliance.


This fully remote role provides significant growth potential, direct client exposure, and a true seat at the table as the firm expands its national presence.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and review a sophisticated portfolio of returns for High-Net-Worth individuals, trusts, estates, and gift tax
  • Lead client strategy conversations on structuring, ownership transitions, generational wealth planning, and multi-state issues
  • Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services beyond compliance
  • Support, mentor, and develop junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Partner closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client growth opportunities


What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on High-Net-Worth individuals, pass-throughs, trusts, estates, and gift tax
  • Strong technical background with multi-entity structures, owner-level returns, investments, and wealth transfer planning
  • Excellent communicator and trusted advisor who builds lasting client relationships
  • Comfortable working fully remote in a paperless, high-accountability environment
  • CPA required
