Audit Senior / Audit Supervisor - Up to $120K base + bonus + profit sharing

A growing, mid-size regional CPA firm in the Atlanta market is seeking an Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor to join our expanding assurance practice. Position Overview

The Audit Senior / Supervisor will lead audit engagements from planning through completion, supervise staff, and work directly with clients and firm leadership. The role can be customized based on experience level, with increased leadership and client responsibility at the Supervisor level.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Supervise, mentor, and review work performed by audit staff and seniors
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during engagements
• Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, and internal control issues
• Ensure engagements are completed on time and within budget
• Assist with training, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• CPA or CPA-eligible required
• 3–6+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff (Supervisor level)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
