Position: Sr. Account Manager – Commercial Lines (100% Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based). The company is based in Los Angeles.

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to handle a book of commercial lines business for a national insurance brokerage. This role involves direct client interaction, full-cycle account management, and collaboration with producers and underwriters.

This is a fully remote position. We're interested in people who are solid in their craft and can manage accounts with confidence and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a designated book of commercial lines accounts
• Handle renewals, marketing, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and secure coverage
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely, professional communication
• Review policies, identify gaps, and advise clients on appropriate coverage
• Issue certificates, process policy changes, and maintain clean documentation in the AMS

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
• Strong knowledge of standard lines: property, GL, WC, auto, umbrella
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)
• Active P&C license
• Solid communication, organizational, and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
