Title: Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Remote: Yes — 100% Remote anywhere in New England, ideally as close to New Hampshire as possible

Travel may be required 2–3 times per year.

Compensation: Manager — up to $140k–$150k base | Senior Manager — up to $160k–$170k base + discretionary bonus & full benefits

Responsibilities

·       Manage tax engagements for Construction, Real Estate, and closely held business clients

·       Provide tax planning, compliance, and consulting services

·       Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

·       Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and provide proactive tax strategies

·       Review complex business and individual tax returns

·       Manage and mentor staff and provide technical guidance

·       Collaborate with accounting, audit, valuation, and consulting professionals

·       Transition and develop relationships within an established book of business

·       Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives

·       Opportunity to progress toward Partner/ownership for the right candidate

Requirements

·       CPA or EA required

·       Relevant public accounting/tax experience

·       Construction and Real Estate experience required

·       Strong client relationship and communication skills

·       Experience working with closely held businesses and their owners

·       Leadership/management experience preferred

·       Aspiration to become a Partner is a huge plus

Compensation & Benefits

·       Manager: Up to $140k–$150k base

·       Senior Manager: Up to $160k–$170k base

·       Discretionary annual bonus

·       100% remote within New England
