The Opportunity
You’ll serve as a lead advisor for sophisticated business owners, partnerships, and family groups, overseeing complex compliance and strategic tax planning engagements across pass-through entities (S-Corps, LLCs, Partnerships) and their related HNW individuals.
These are senior-level positions with direct Partner access and a clear path to equity for the right performer.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of closely held businesses and their owners across diverse industries.
- Review and oversee complex pass-through and individual tax returns.
- Lead tax planning and consulting projects that drive measurable client impact.
- Mentor, review, and develop team members in a collaborative environment.
- Partner directly with firm leadership on growth, process improvement, and client strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- CPA required; Master’s in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
- 10+ years of public accounting experience, focused on pass-through and HNW individual taxation.
- Strong technical acumen and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality work with autonomy.
