Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant

Company: Boutique Cloud-Based Tax Planning & Advisory Firm

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Compensation: $45K-$60K

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This is not a traditional admin role—this position offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in shaping how our firm operates behind the scenes.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping us build and refine internal systems. For the right candidate, there is a clear growth path into an Operations Coordinator role as the company continues to expand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Organize and maintain digital files, client records, and internal documentation
  • Assist with client onboarding and communication workflows
  • Support project tracking and task management across the team
  • Help implement and improve internal systems and processes
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as the company evolves


Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience in a professional services firm (tax, accounting, consulting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or automation platforms
