Key Responsibilities:


Business Requirements Gathering:


  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and gather, analyze, and document requirements for various projects.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Solution Design & Development: Work alongside IT teams to design functional solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with both technical and strategic requirements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that influence business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead business analysis efforts within projects, managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery on target.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop clear, concise documentation including business process flows, use cases, user stories, and test plans to support project implementation and ensure clarity.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test cases, review test plans, and assist in system testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans that ensure successful project completion.


Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years in senior Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Solutions Architecture roles, with a focus on Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Business Process Modeling: Proven experience in using various tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart) for modeling business processes and workflows.
  • Enterprise Architecture Tools: Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture modeling and analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Ability to effectively gather, document, and validate business requirements through various techniques like workshops, interviews, and surveys.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across various departments, including IT, marketing, finance, and vendors.


Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience with business analysis tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and experience in sprint planning, backlog management, and working in Agile teams.
  • Experience with system integration, APIs, and data exchange across platforms.
  • Project management skills with a focus on timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.


Preferred Qualifications:


Certifications: CBAP, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting project demands.



Duration: Contract to Hire

Pay Range: $ 40 an hour
