Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Change Management & Business Readiness Specialist to join our Hybrid team. This role will play a key part in leading and executing change management strategies, driving organizational readiness, and ensuring effective communication and training throughout the change lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of project leadership, organizational development, and change management expertise to help our organization successfully navigate change and foster employee engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Organizational Change, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience, education, and/or training).
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in business readiness, change management, functional training, organizational design, communications, organizational development, project leadership, or management consulting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen and engage others.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of how individuals navigate change, and familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro, Viva Engage) is strongly preferred. Familiarity with multi-media, design, and publishing tools is a plus.
  • Agile proficiency is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop change deliverables including champion networks, communications, branding/marketing, and training materials, ensuring clear and compelling messages that prepare and motivate stakeholders to embrace the change.
  • Translate organizational goals for change into actionable impacts for the business, ensuring that all stakeholders understand their roles and how the change will affect them.
  • Assess stakeholder impacts for change initiatives and provide leadership in the development of comprehensive strategies and plans for business readiness. This includes process change, training, and communication plans leveraging multiple channels to ensure seamless adoption of change.
  • Influence and guide employees through the change management process, ensuring alignment with objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with the goals of the initiative, the department, and the organization as a whole.
  • Monitor engagement and readiness for change by developing and tracking relevant metrics to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Duration: Contract

Pay Range: $50.00-$58.00 an hour
