An established Florida law firm with a decades-long history of excellence is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in general liability, insurance defense, and personal injury matters. What You’ll Do

• Manage litigation matters in both state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop and execute case strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 3–5 years of litigation experience in general liability, insurance, or personal injury
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
