• Employee: Up to $117,000/year + comprehensive benefits
• Contractor: Up to $155,000/year + incentives

Back in Motion is growing its interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program supporting clients with Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking Registered Psychologists who bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based care. Ideally, candidates will have two or more years of clinical experience and training in trauma-focused modalities such as:

• Prolonged Exposure (PE)
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

If you are new to trauma-focused work but passionate about supporting clients with psychological injuries, we will provide specialized training, mentorship, and an opportunity to grow your expertise within a collaborative learning environment.

Registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia is required.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological assessments
• Develop and deliver individualized return-to-work treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based intervention to support recovery
• Prepare clinical reports
• Communicate with stakeholders as needed
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, and Kinesiologists
