Core Candidate Skills:
We’re seeking a reliable and adaptable Administrative Assistant with strong communication and customer service skills, able to manage changing priorities and support daily operations.
Wage:
$19/ hour
The successful person will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers.
We invite candidates with similar experience, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with your ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities.
