Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional client accounting services, including accounts receivable and payable functions, monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation for a variety of clients.

- Collaborate with clients to gather financial information, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate reports.

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline accounting procedures and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in as an accountant, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A self-motivator who works well both independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

- A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
