Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior/Lead)

APR is adding talent to the team! The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is integral to the overall growth of the firm and will be hands-on with both client and candidate acquisition through a variety of strategies. This is a non-except position that offers career balance and flexible hours (although some evening hours are required to match the market and broaden your network through various events).
Job Specs
· Responsible for all aspects of full cycle recruiting: developing a niche market, identifying client needs, sourcing & interviewing candidates, and satisfying client needs with successful placement
· Utilize job postings on multiple platforms to attract current and future candidates
· Develop a network of strong relationships with prospective candidates through social platforms, cold calls, referrals, email marketing, and face to face meetings
· Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Develop sales and marketing strategy to obtain clientele in niche industry through cold calls, email marketing, and face to face sales/onsite visits (minimum 5 in person meetings per month)
· Source target market, connect with hiring managers, and solidify job orders
· Gain market insight through continuous learning, networking and market research
· Hands on with data entry and analysis of marketing and candidate lists
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering
· 5+ years of career experience (Talent Acquisition, Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, all a plus!)
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written
· Ability to plan ahead, be prepared and prioritize in an ever changing environment
· Strong system skills especially pertaining to CRM/ATS (Loxo, LinkedIn Recruiter a plus!)

This is a REMOTE position with the exception of mandatory Team and Client hours. Desirable candidate location is Cleveland, OH but will consider Columbus, OH and Pittsburgh, PA.
