Quality Team Coordinator for innovative and fast-paced food manufacturer based in West Sussex. You’ll play a hands-on role ensuring products meet the highest standards, every single day.

Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:

·       Leading and supporting the QA team, guiding them through daily checks, audits and training

·       Taking ownership of product quality, ensuring they meet customer expectations and legal standards

·       Investigating non-conformances, driving corrective actions and helping the site stay audit-ready at all times

·       Working closely with technical, procurement and supply chain teams to champion a culture of continuous improvement

·       Playing a key role in training production staff

·       Supporting customer visits and third-party audits

Essential / Desirable skills include:

·      Experienced in quality assurance in a factory-based role

·      Strong understanding of HACCP and BRC standards

·      Attention to detail

·      Able to communicate well (both written and verbal)

·      Full Driving Licence

The working hours for the role are 4 on 4 off day shift patten. The salary is £29,500 - £32,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
