Restaurant Manager for a busy destination Restaurant and Retail Site based in North West London. Responsible for overseeing daily operations. Managing staffing, training, scheduling, stock control and health & safety compliance whilst ensuring smooth service during high-volume periods and events.

Reporting to the Director, responsibilities for the role will include:

·      Overseeing day-to-day operations

·      Fostering a positive team culture, supporting retention and professional growth

• Delivering exceptional service standards at all times
• Delivering revenue, labour and other financial expectations
• Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety and building regulations

Essential / Desirable skills include:

·      Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-faced environment

• Strong leadership with a personable, team-first approach.
• Confidence managing large teams during peak demand.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.

·      High operational standards with strong attention to detail.

The working hours for the role are 45 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 with flexibility on days worked. The salary is £50k - £55k per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
