Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and programs to deliver biomedical equipment services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability
• Oversee inventory management, maintaining accurate records and timely updates
• Collaborate with leadership to strategize on medical equipment needs, including installation, cybersecurity, and technical support

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in managing biomedical services in a large healthcare environment, including hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of clinical devices
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO)
• Leadership and Development: Proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams, supporting the growth of both new and established talent
• Executive Experience: Strong experience interfacing with C-suite leaders, demonstrating executive-level communication and collaboration skills
• Business Acumen: Proficient in budget management, strategic planning, and decision-making

Position Summary:

Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
