Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and programs to deliver biomedical equipment services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Oversee inventory management, maintaining accurate records and timely updates
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize on medical equipment needs, including installation, cybersecurity, and technical support
- Lead the adoption of new technology to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in managing biomedical services in a large healthcare environment, including hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of clinical devices

Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO)

Leadership and Development: Proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams, supporting the growth of both new and established talent
