We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician to join our Occupational Medicine team, providing exceptional care in a well-supported and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 90% clinical care to patients and perform 10% administrative tasks.
• Deliver effective, high-quality care that aligns with the Occupational Medicine Process Management Model.
• Execute daily patient care management efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal use of clinical protocols.
• Identify and implement clinical improvement indicators while ensuring accurate documentation and billing practices.
• Cultivate a supportive and compliant treatment environment in accordance with State Practice Acts, WC Regulations, and center protocols.
• Mentor and develop clinical staff, contributing to a positive and growth-focused workplace.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department (ED).
• Certification: Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R.
• Licensure: Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of California.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
