Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse patient population, primarily through telehealth video or phone sessions.
• Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy (when applicable), and provide comprehensive mental health assessments and counseling.
• Provide referrals, intervention services, and customized mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery.
• Accurately complete and maintain documentation in line with Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mental health therapy, including any of the following: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Evidence-Based Practice, or Telehealth.
• Licensure: Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of New York.
• Technical Requirements: Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions. Basic skills in Microsoft and PDF documentation.
• Medicare Opt-Out: Opted out of Medicare is preferred.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Hours: Make your own schedule within available hours (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST, 7 days a week).
• Shift Requirements: Must be available until 8:00 PM on two days per week OR work four 4-hour shifts over the weekend.
• No On-Call: Flexible scheduling with no on-call responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earnings Potential: Up to $90,000 per year through a combination of salary and competitive pay-per-session rates.
