As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our clients and their families. Your expertise will help create individualized treatment plans that foster growth and development in a supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Select appropriate assessments for learners, ensuring all components are completed for the client's funding source for timely review.
  • Administer a variety of assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to equip direct care staff with the necessary skills for effective client programming, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Create individualized programming tailored to the needs of clients and their caregivers.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification: Valid BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
  • Compliance: Strong adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to move freely and quickly between seated and standing positions, with the capability to lift items up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
