We are seeking a strategic and experienced District Manager, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to serve as the Executive Director for our client, the University Hospital System in Cleveland, OH. This role will oversee a prestigious 23-hospital academic health system recognized as one of the Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report and consistently awarded for excellence in healthcare leadership. As a senior leader, the District Manager will drive operational success, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong client relationship, contributing to the overall advancement of healthcare technology and patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the University Hospital System, building a strong governance structure and outstanding client relationships
  • Lead and oversee HTM operations across all sites, ensuring that services are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable to meet our contractual and service commitments
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sodexo and client policies
  • Cultivate a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety programs
  • Oversee budget management, financial risk assessment, and develop action plans to enhance account performance
  • Support and promote workplace diversity initiatives across all levels of the organization
  • Address cybersecurity challenges, implementing solutions to protect the hospital system from potential threats
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing HTM team to drive quality and efficiency in all services


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of management experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in HTM leadership, client relations, and team development, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
  • Business Acumen: Strong decision-making and financial management skills, with proficiency in budget management and cost control
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
  • Cybersecurity Awareness: Basic understanding of cybersecurity issues relevant to healthcare providers

Position Summary:

As the Client Executive, you will have full responsibility for the client relationship, ensuring operational excellence and seamless service delivery for the University Hospital System. You will lead a dedicated HTM team in a highly reputable healthcare environment, working to achieve our mission of providing dependable and top-tier technology management services.


Basic Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Management Experience: Minimum of 7 years
  • Functional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Healthcare Technology Management
