Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Analytics (Data Engineering Focus)

Position Summary:

We seek a Manager of Enterprise Analytics with a strong focus on Data Engineering to lead strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise data analytics, exceptional leadership skills, and a background in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Manage strategic initiatives aligning department goals with organizational priorities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to the analytics team.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Data Operations & Analytics:
• Oversee the data lifecycle, from collection and processing to analysis and insights.
• Lead the design and delivery of analytic solutions/products for data-driven decision-making.
• Manage incoming analytics requests, prioritizing and assigning resources strategically.
• Ensure data transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Technology Management:
• Oversee foundational analytic systems, tools, and platforms, ensuring operational health and strategic growth.
• Administer and transform onboarding data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse Platform.
• Promote analytics tools and manage user groups in Tableau, SQL, and other tools.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Develop and enforce quality controls, ensuring adherence to HIPAA policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
• Professional Development:
• Serve as a mentor and coach, promoting the professional growth of team members.
• Encourage the use of analytics tools and foster a community of analytical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years in enterprise data analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in healthcare analytics is a must.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong intrapersonal and time management abilities.
• Expertise in database and query languages (SQL, Snowflake, etc.) and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Proficiency in statistical and data science tools (R, Python, SAS).

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Excel experience.
• SQL Server expertise.
• Tableau administration and visualization skills.
