We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing essential therapeutic and rehabilitative care to patients with cardiopulmonary abnormalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Care: Administer a range of respiratory therapies to enhance the health and comfort of patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Care Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Instruction and Mentorship: Educate healthcare employees and students on respiratory care procedures, fostering growth and knowledge within the team.
• Leadership Opportunities: Serve as an in-charge therapist and preceptor as required, ensuring the highest standards of respiratory care.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an AMA/CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure and Certification: Must have current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Additional Certification: One of the following is required:
• CPR certification (accepted in addition to BLS)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification

Shift Details

• Flexible scheduling options available:
• Day Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Night Shift: 12-hour shifts
