The role offers a total package of up to €200,000.

As an AI Engineer, you will design and build AI systems end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for engineers with strong technical depth, high ownership, and a founder mindset. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies in NLP, LLMs and AI agents - far beyond prompt engineering - together with a team of outstanding engineers.

Your Impact

• Work with embeddings and fine-tune LLMs for classification and reranking
• Optimize algorithms for product search
• Apply RLHF & DPO to align models with human feedback
• Build data & ML pipelines for large-scale unstructured data
• Design, deploy and optimize AI agents end-to-end
• Own the architecture of core AI systems
• Collaborate closely with full-stack and infra engineers

What You Bring

• Deep experience in NLP, LLMs, embeddings, ML, and AI agents
• (LoRA, tool calling, structured outputs, evals, retrievers, rerankers, RLHF/DPO, etc.)
• Proven ability to design and ship production-grade AI systems
• Experience scaling data & ML pipelines from early users to thousands
• Full-stack skills (React, Typescript, Python) are a strong plus
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Terraform are a plus
