Their “Made in Germany” infrastructure has become the trusted backbone for digital transformation, AI integration, and cloud growth across the DACH region. Now, following continued expansion and new international projects, they are hiring a Head of IT to work closely with the CEO. This is a high-impact, newly created role where you’ll shape the company’s IT future — modernizing its infrastructure, ensuring scalability, and strengthening its leadership position as one of Germany’s most reliable cloud partners.

The Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligning technology with business growth and international expansion.
• Infrastructure Ownership: Oversee and optimize data centers and cloud systems, ensuring performance, compliance, and availability.
• Governance & Security: Build and maintain ISO 27001 and GDPR-compliant frameworks; lead certification and audit processes.
• Scalability & Innovation: Modernize infrastructure around Kubernetes, Linux, and hybrid-cloud environments — driving automation and digital efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic, agile team of skilled engineers and IT professionals — people who genuinely enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges together.

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience as Head of IT / IT-Lead, Senior IT Manager, or similar roles.
• Plus would be to have working within hosting, infrastructure, or cloud-focused companies.
• Ideally, you have strong technical expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• Understanding of IT security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership mindset, capable of driving transformation in a growing environment.
• Fluent in German (C2); English proficiency preferred.
