Our client drives digital transformation with innovative IT solutions, specializing in critical infrastructure, defense, and healthcare, and more. They help businesses and governments scale, optimize, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital world. The company is experiencing strong growth and is expanding its sales team, looking for at least three new Account Executives to drive business in key sectors.

Quick Overview of the Role:

  • Account Executive – Focus on IT Services & Solutions
  • Hiring both for Intermediate and Senior 
  • Cold Outreach & New Business Acquisition (Hunter Mindset)
  • Ownership of the Entire Sales Cycle
  • Close Collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Strong Long-Term Growth Opportunities
  • 100% Remote Option, but also the possibility to work from locations in South Germany, NRW, or Leipzig
  • Key Focus Areas: Public Sector, Defense, Healthcare, Utlities 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for assigned industries, aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market analyses, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales process from acquisition to closing.
  • Handle inquiries, create tailored proposals, and deliver presentations.
  • Manage financial responsibility for the products and services.
  • Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting for managed accounts.
  • Coordinate medium to large-scale projects and tenders.
  • Lead regular customer meetings and follow up on agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor customer requirements.
  • Performance Evaluation: Sales achievements, revenue targets, reliability, accuracy, independent, and solution-oriented work.


Ideal profile:

  • Education: Commercial training or relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration).
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT service and solution sales, ideally in Defence, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector.
  • Strong goal orientation with focus on customer satisfaction and solution delivery.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Confident in negotiations, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German and English.
