Our client is one of the fastest-growing AI companies globally, having reached tens of millions of users in just two years. They are building category-defining AI products at massive scale, focused on creating new ways for people to connect with technology safely and responsibly.

With ambitious plans to grow their user base from tens of millions to hundreds of millions, they are now looking for a Performance Marketing / User Acquisition Specialist to support and scale their paid acquisition efforts.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to rapidly develop expertise in performance marketing at scale.

The Role

You will work closely with senior leadership, particularly the CMO, supporting the execution and optimization of high-volume paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

This is not a passive support role — you will be deeply involved in campaign execution, data analysis, creative testing, and performance optimization.


The Mission


Execute & Scale Campaigns

Support the day-to-day management of paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs), ensuring campaigns are launched, monitored, and optimized effectively.

Drive Data-Led Decisions

Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, retention), identify trends, and flag anomalies to improve campaign performance.

Support Creative Testing

Contribute to the creative testing process by organizing assets, preparing new ad concepts, and translating performance data into actionable creative insights.

Optimize Funnels & Conversions

Assist in launching and testing landing pages, running A/B tests, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates.

Enable Scalable Growth

Help build and maintain acquisition funnels with proper tracking and reporting to support rapid scaling.

Explore New Channels

Research and assist in launching new acquisition platforms, tools, and opportunities.


Your Experience


  • 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Exposure to major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel or data tools
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPA (preferred)
  • Experience with tools like GA4, Voluum, or similar is a plus
  • Fluent English required
