Customer Success Lead ≤ €110k EUR | Enterprise AI SaaS - Munich

We're hiring for a Lead Customer Success role with a Munich-based AI Startup that’s helping German enterprises adopt automate and streamline processes at scale.

They combine the stability of an established global group with the energy of a new product team - building one of Germany’s most practical GenAI enablement platforms.Your mission: help customers understand, implement, and measure the real value of AI in their day-to-day workflows.

What they're looking for:

• Someone to run onboarding programs and workshops on using the AI Platform
• Guide stakeholders on use-cases discovery and adoption
• Track measurable business impact for clients (ie: success plans, KPIs, championship programs)
• Someone to be the voice of customers for the Product Team (in developing new features)
• Past experience in AI, SaaS or fast-paced startup environments
• Comfortable consulting clients in German at a professional level
