Senior Product Manager – AI & Deep-Tech Innovation | Europe (Remote)

Our client is a European deep-tech company at the frontier of AI, data modeling, and probabilistic reasoning -building a new class of technology for how knowledge is represented, analyzed, and used to make decisions. Their platform sits at the intersection of science, symbolic reasoning, and machine learning, enabling users to explore and reason over complex systems in entirely new ways.

After several years of deep R&D and technical feasibility work, the company is now transitioning from research-led to product-led growth - and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this evolution.

You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering leads to turn cutting-edge algorithms into real-world applications, shaping use cases that can define entirely new market categories.

What you’ll do

• Lead the transition from prototype to market-ready product - defining use cases, success metrics, and go-to-market vision.
• Build a deep understanding of the technology’s value proposition and help translate it into real customer outcomes.
• Engage with potential users and partners to validate needs, test hypotheses, and co-develop scalable use cases.
• Define and own the Product Roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering, research, and operations teams.
• Align and inspire cross-functional teams around a shared product vision - as the company evolves from R&D to a product-driven organization.
• Communicate roadmap milestones and progress with clarity and confidence, both internally and externally.

About you

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management within AI, data, analytics, or complex technical domains.
• You thrive at the intersection of technical depth and commercial strategy, able to understand algorithms and turn them into business impact.
• Strong experience defining product strategy and driving execution across engineering and leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience taking deep-tech, data, or ML products from prototype to production.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - capable of connecting research, engineering, and market perspectives.
• Curious, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial mindset - excited by uncharted territory and ambitious ideas.
