Wage: $14.92 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking two skilled and dependable Farm Equipment Operators to join our team in Leland, MS, for the upcoming farming season. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm machinery to support planting, spraying, and harvesting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors, trucks, sprayers, and combines safely and efficiently
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Assist with crop spraying and other field operations
• Follow all farm safety standards and procedures
• Support general farm duties as needed throughout the season

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience operating tractors, trucks, and combines
• Experience with spraying equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours during busy times

Compensation:

• $14.92 per hour
• Seasonal employment from February 15 to November 15
