About the Role

We are seeking six skilled Farm Equipment Operators for the 2026 season in Marmaduke, Arkansas. Successful candidates will operate a variety of tractors and agricultural machinery to support all stages of crop production, from land preparation to harvest and transportation.

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in changing weather and field conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Operate tractors and a wide range of farm equipment to till soil, work ground, plant, spray, cultivate, and harvest crops.
• Operate machinery such as sprayers, combines, backhoes, mowers, land planes, grain carts, planters, drills, plows, discs, ATVs, and track-hoes.
• Utilize equipment with GPS and auto-guidance systems.
• Operate non-CDL farm trucks to load and transport agricultural products on the farm and to storage facilities.

Irrigation Duties

• Participate in irrigation operations including laying pipe and inspecting irrigation lines.
• Set up and operate irrigation equipment, maintain ditches, and operate well motors and pivots.
• Monitor fields to maintain adequate water supply and drain excess water when necessary.

Manual & General Farm Tasks

• Load seed and chemicals into planters and sprayers.
• Properly mix chemicals and load sprayers safely.
• Change combine cutting heads as needed.
• Rouge fields and use hand tools to remove unwanted plant varieties, debris, and other materials.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of farm buildings, storage sheds, pivot points, and all farm equipment.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of operational areas.
• Regularly service, repair, and maintain farm vehicles, machinery, and specialized agricultural equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating agricultural machinery and farm equipment.
• Ability to work in varying weather and field conditions.
• Flexibility to change duties and work locations as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic repair and maintenance skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift equipment, and work extended hours during peak seasons.
