A Crop Dusting Loader supports aerial applicators by preparing and loading agricultural aircraft with fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, or other materials. This role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient ground operations to ensure smooth aerial spraying activities.

Must have the following experience – Farmer is not interested in teaching anyone:

•Age: 30–45

•Proven experience working on a crop-dusting farm

•Skilled in loading airplanes using loader trucks

•Experience mixing and handling agricultural chemicals

•Competent in driving an 18-wheeler

•General farm experience, including operating tractors
