Salary is from £12.50ph
After School Club hours - 14:30-18:30
Holiday Club hours- 07:45 - 18:30 (variable shifts available)
• Role Category: Qualified Level 3 Playworker
• Reports to: Senior Manager
• Level/Salary: From £12.50/hour, dependent on experience.
• Location: Weybridge or Staines
This position is for someone to work either in the After School Club, or in the Holiday Club, or both!
Essential:
• Level 3 qualification in childcare, education, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in early years or wraparound care settings, focusing on play-based learning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office 365.
• A thorough and up to date understanding of childcare regulations, safeguarding, and compliance standards.
• Ability to create inclusive, engaging environments that encourage children’s growth and learning.
Desirable:
• Experience supporting children with additional needs or behavioural challenges.
• Familiarity with online learning journals.
• Background in coordinating out-of-school or community engagement activities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations as required.
