Nanny needed for family of 5.

Ropley - Hampshire

Salary 4 days £24,500 - £25,750. 

5 Days £30,500 - £33,000

Hours Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 6.30pm (term time 35 weeks)

9am to 6.30pm (holidays 17 weeks)

Family of twins age 5 and 8 year old girls are looking for a fun nanny to become part of the family. Based rurally so use of a car to get to work is essential.

Duties;

• school collection
• clubs
• cooking for children
• Basic homework and phonics
• help with family laundry
• changing childrens beds
• tidying the home
• emptying dishwasher
• menu planning
• shopping list creation
• making sure uniform is up to date
• school bags are ready
• Playdates organisation
• after school and bedtime routine 
• encouraging good manners in line with the family’s values
• 
  

The family want someone who can make sure the girls get home safely and have a caring adult for after school care. Planning educational or creative activities after school at home/in village, helping with after school club logistics and during the school holidays. The girls have swimming and ballet after school which they need taking to in the family car. The working day will involve light household duties, preparing nutritious meals/snacks and planning the menu for the next week. Knowledge of food allergies/intolerances is a bonus. Family do have a golden retriever so someone who is happy with a very friendly dog being around. 

There is the opportunity for over time in babysitting or overnights during the week if wanted. Dad works in London and Mum works from home 4 days a week and in London one day per week.

28 days holiday including bank holidays - it is likely to be more holiday as the family often go away to see family and friends.

Starting mid April.
