Nursery Room Leader: Royal Docks

Salary: from £33,000 to £37,000

Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Permanent

2 roles available in the Toddler and Pre-school room

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 5 or above preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a nursery management role within an early-years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
