Overall Purpose of the Post

§  To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery in line with the Company’s Mission Statement, and Ofsted requirements.

§  Supervise and develop a team of Childcare Practitioners by leading by example

§  To plan activities for the children in your section in conjunction with the Nursery Manager that meet the requirements of The Early Years Foundation Stage.

§  To adhere to and implement the Policies and Procedures of the Nursery.

§  To uphold the values and mission statement of the Nursery.
