Full time - 36 - 41 hours over 4 or 4.5 days

Salary up to £15.50 per hour

Key Requirements:

• Must have a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Passionate about supporting children's emotional well-being and outdoor learning.
• Skilled at delivering quality provision for children both indoors and outdoors.
• Attuned to the needs and interests of children, parents, and families, creating a stimulating, enabling environment.
• An outstanding role model and inspiration to the team.

Your Role:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and education.
• Create a lively, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
• Plan and implement exciting activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure children’s physical and emotional safety and well being continue to be the nursery’s top priority.
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community.
