💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Guide children in accordance with Montessori principles and practices
• Create and maintain a prepared, orderly, and engaging classroom environment
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff
• Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child

🎓 Requirements:

• Montessori certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent)
• Prior experience working in a Montessori setting preferred
• Warm, patient, and respectful approach to working with children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Legally eligible to work in [Country]

⏰ Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm / 9am to 1pm or 9.30am to 1.30pm
