We offer:
- Third in Charge can earn a yearly salary of up to £35,000!
- 40 hour working week (8am-6pm 4 days per week and a half day off each week)
- 31 days holiday (including bank holidays and 9 days off over Christmas and Easter)

Day to day:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our team, and the ideal candidate will also take on Third in Charge responsibilities. Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children, which is nurturing and positive. To develop individual plans for each child, working in partnership with parents and sharing their child’s progress. Plan and implement activities that are suitable for the age and stage of development of the children. Encourage positive behaviour and be a role model to all. As a room leader you must have excellent communication skills and have a passion for working with children.

Experience working with young children
A Relevant Early Years Qualification L3 or higher
Baby knowledge and experience
Successful applicants for this baby room leader and third in charge role must have good understanding of Safeguarding and the Learning and Development requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Applicants must have previous professional experience working with 0-5 year olds, baby room experience and hold relevant level 3 or above qualification in early years.
