Salary from £30,000 (qualification and exp depending)
Monday - Friday (40 hours)
Required Qualifications: Minimum NNEB, NVQ 3 or equivalent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work closely with the manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the manager’s care, resulting in the total avoidance of preventable accidents and promoting a feeling of security and satisfaction amongst all parents.
2. Manage the staff at Nursery level to ensure morale is kept high within the nursery team.
3. To manage stock control ensuring budgets are adhered to.
4. Carry out the duties of the manager in his or her absence and use own initiative to carry out any other duties required for the smooth running of the nursery.

Essential qualities include strong leadership and organisational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, flexibility to step in when needed, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality early years care.
