Salary: £30,100.00-£33,370.00

This successful nursery are seeking full time, Level 2 and Level 3 Early years educators to join their team.

The nursery carefully select their team, not only by qualification, but also by aptitude for the job. They look for a high calibre qualified Nursery Nurse/ Montessori Classroom Assistant who is sensitive, kind, compassionate, and who has a genuine enthusiasm and love for children.

Wage: £14.35 ph for Level 2 and £15.35 for Level 3!!

The ideal candidate will have:

A full and relevant Early Years Qualification - Essential

Experience working with children under 5 - Essential

Fluent English - Essential

Prepared to complete a DBS check and provide written references

Commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people

Willingness to work within company procedures and to meet required standards for the role

A flexible approach

Be creative and have the ability to implement daily activities with the children

Support diversity, equality and inclusion

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An ability to work in partnership with other staff members

Be naturally warm and respectful towards children & their needs
