Early Years Practitioner

Location: Enfield

Hours: Full time

Salary: up to £29k

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences and supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children
• Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities
• Observe, assess, and track children’s development
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
• Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment at all times
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high standards

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, caring, and patient approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
