We are looking for an experienced, full time, Early Years Manager with a minimum Level 3 qualification to join our fantastic team. You will be managing 2 Ofsted registered settings; our full day care setting for 0-4yrs and our Kids Club: After-School and Holiday Club program for Reception - Year 2.
Have you got extensive experience in Early Years and worked as an Early Years Manager for a minimum of 1yr and are now looking for that next step in your career progression?
You should have competent knowledge of the EYFS and other regulatory documents and have a thorough understanding of child development. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have excellent oral and written skills and be dedicated to delivering the highest quality care and education. You should have excellent partnerships with the parents, your colleagues and any other professionals you may work alongside.
All candidates require innovation and excitement about the role and should be wholly committed to their continuous professional development.
