Early years practitioner - Wandsworth

Salary: £26,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).

Level 3s, preschool, and baby building part time or full time

What we’re looking for

· A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

· Proven experience working with babies (0–2 years) in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a leadership or senior practitioner role.

· Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, allergy awareness, and best practice in baby care and early development.

· Paediatric first aid qualification (essential).

· A naturally caring, calm, and patient approach. Someone who builds trust with ease and takes pride in their practice.

· Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across rooms and contribute to the wider nursery team.
