Location: South Croydon
Salary: £28,782.00 – £31,590.00 per year (depending on qualification & experience)
Hours: 41–45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Essential: Level 3 childcare qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard children and ensure their wellbeing at all times
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Maintain accurate learning journeys and developmental records
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with the team and provide support where needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness
- Assist with daily routines including meals, toileting and transitions
- Attend staff meetings, training and setting events
- Follow all policies, procedures and health & safety requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
