Engineering Lead

Overview

The Engineering Lead is responsible for managing technical integrations, platform implementations, and regional technical operations. The role serves as the primary technical contact for partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful onboarding, localization, and delivery of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and integration processes for new partners and operators.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout implementation and integration projects.
• Manage the configuration of gaming products, payment gateways, and bonus systems according to operational requirements.
• Drive localization initiatives, including payment integrations, language implementation, and compliance with regional data requirements.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with third-party providers, including payment processors, content aggregators, and KYC/AML vendors, to ensure stable service delivery.
• Establish and improve implementation workflows to reduce onboarding and deployment timelines.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for regional operations and provide mentorship to local technical teams.
• Represent regional technical requirements and feedback to central product and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, or systems integration roles.
• Experience within gaming, fintech, or high-transaction digital environments is considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of APIs, REST/JSON integrations, Webhooks, and secure data integration practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and troubleshooting high-concurrency systems.
• Understanding of regional digital payment ecosystems and localization requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
