Game Producer
An award-winning international developer and distributor of innovative gaming products for the betting industry (B2B) is seeking a talented Game Producer to join its team. The mission of this organisation is to help its partners nurture casual players into gamers. With a strong focus on fun and safe gaming, the company serves over 2000 brands globally in more than 50 countries, delivering top-tier interactive experiences to online and land-based operators.
This role focuses on the full lifecycle of real money Slot and RNG games – from concept through to commercial launch. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with structure, understand the fundamentals of game design and math, and bring passion for creating both commercially successful and truly innovative titles.
Responsibilities

Game Conceptualisation and Ownership: Leads the ideation and development of unique, player-first game concepts, with a strong focus on innovation and differentiation, while aligning with strategic goals.

Game Design: Creates detailed design documentation covering gameplay mechanics, user flow, progression systems, interfaces, and other core elements.

Mathematical Understanding: Collaborates with in-house math experts to refine and review game math models. A solid understanding of key principles like RTP, volatility, and pay table structures is essential.

Prototyping: Works with UX designers and developers to create prototypes and proof-of-concept demos that validate gameplay and feature ideas.

Balance and Optimisation: Participates in the fine-tuning of game parameters to ensure a balance of fun, fairness, and commercial viability.

Collaboration: Coordinates cross-functionally with developers, artists, QA, and data analysts to ensure seamless execution across all stages of production.

Testing and QA: Supports playtesting, bug identification, and iteration cycles to ensure the game delivers against both player expectations and performance metrics.

Market Research: Monitors market trends, player behaviours, and competitor activity to continuously inform game and feature design decisions.

Documentation: Maintains high-quality documentation of game designs, mathematical frameworks, user flows, and production plans.

Compliance: Ensures that all games are developed in accordance with relevant gaming regulations and certification standards.
Candidate Profile
The organisation expects candidates to possess:
- At least 5 real-money slot/RNG games released from concept to market, where the candidate owned the full production cycle.
- Ability to explain the design rationale behind the games built: why the theme, math, and features were chosen.
- Focus on innovation: with a keen eye for new features, mechanics, and themes that elevate the player experience.
- Proven experience as an RNG Game Designer/Producer, preferably in the iGaming or betting industry.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to create and analyse complex slot math models.
- Proficiency in game design software and tools.
- Creativity and a passion for creating unique and engaging gaming experiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Experience with mobile and online gaming platforms is desirable.
