Role: Business Intelligence Analyst (Commercial Performance)

Location: Armenia or Malta (Hybrid)

Overview

An international provider of technology solutions within the iGaming sector is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support commercial performance oversight across its operator network.

This role combines data analysis, dashboard development, and commercial insight, enabling both internal teams and external partners to better understand and optimise B2C performance.


Role Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analysing operator performance data and translating it into actionable insights. With a strong focus on B2C metrics such as CPA and FTDs, the role will support commercial decision-making and play a key part in shaping Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer performance across multiple operators, with a focus on key B2C metrics including CPA, FTDs, conversion, retention, and player value
  • Build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders and external operator partners
  • Develop clear, data-led narratives to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Benchmark operator performance at a country level, identifying trends and market dynamics
  • Deliver anonymised comparisons against similar operators to provide meaningful performance context
  • Identify anomalies and performance gaps, translating findings into actionable commercial recommendations
  • Collaborate with commercial, account management, and product teams to support performance optimisation
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks, dashboard usability, and data visualisation standards


 

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a BI, data analytics, or performance analysis role within iGaming, sports betting, or a similar B2C environment
  • Strong understanding of key B2C metrics such as CPA, FTDs, retention, and player lifecycle
  • Experience building dashboards using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and surface meaningful insights
  • Ability to communicate data clearly, including translating analysis into narratives for non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in performance optimisation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and anomalies


Desirable

  • Experience supporting QBR processes
  • Exposure to benchmarking and comparative performance analysis
  • Knowledge of multi-market dynamics within regulated environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing performance data

  • Hybrid working model
  • Based in either Armenia or Malta
