As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Dutch-speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst to join their specialist Responsible Gaming team in Malta.

The Role

This is a critical player protection position where you'll monitor customer behaviour, identify potential indicators of gambling-related harm, and take proactive action to support customers whenever required.

Working closely with Customer Support, Compliance, Payments and Operations, you'll help ensure the business meets regulatory requirements while delivering a best-in-class responsible gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor player activity using Responsible Gaming monitoring tools and behavioural data.
• Analyse customer accounts to identify potential indicators of gambling-related harm.
• Conduct affordability and safer gambling reviews where required.
• Contact customers through written and verbal communications to discuss safer gambling measures.
• Carry out Responsible Gaming interventions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate complex cases where appropriate and maintain detailed case documentation.

• Work closely with Customer Support, Payments, Compliance and Fraud teams on customer cases.
• Maintain accurate records of all Responsible Gaming interactions.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming processes and procedures.
• Stay up to date with Dutch Responsible Gaming legislation and industry best practice.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch with excellent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in Responsible Gaming, Customer Protection or Safer Gambling within iGaming.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret behavioural data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, professional and confident handling sensitive conversations.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions within regulated frameworks.
• Experience using Responsible Gaming monitoring platforms such as GameScanner is advantageous.
• Experience working within the Dutch regulated market is highly desirable.
• Dutch Responsible Gaming certifications are advantageous.
